systems which include adhesive application and curing, ultrasonic and
spin weld, high speed inspection, labeling and filling and provide the
integration required for a complete turn-key system.
Typical choices
include: In-line Indexing Chassis, both carousel and over/under types,
are best used where there are a number of automatic feed systems and
good access to the work stations is required. Up to 200 indexes per minute
are possible. Indexing Dials offer a less expensive chassis for assembling
a small number of components at an index rate up to 70 cycles per minute.
